Sponsorship Request

This form will help facilitate your sponsorship or donation request.

Our process is as follows:

Step 1

Organization submits request at least 90 days prior to event/program deadline date. The board will not consider requests under 90 days.

Step 2

Organization receives email confirming application was submitted successfully

Step 3

VTCI reviews application (allow up to 90 days)

Step 4

VTCI communicates with the organization, via email, if the application is approved or declined

Step 5

If approved, VTCI provides funds to the organization two weeks prior to event/program start date. (mailed to W9 address, unless otherwise indicated)

Step 6

Organization submits pictures and/or an after-action report to their local public affairs office/Chamber or via social media by tagging @vtci52 or using #VTCI52
