Sponsorship Request
This form will help facilitate your sponsorship or donation request.
Our process is as follows:
Step 1
Organization submits request at least 90 days prior to event/program deadline date. The board will not consider requests under 90 days.
Step 2
Organization receives email confirming application was submitted successfully
Step 3
VTCI reviews application (allow up to 90 days)
Step 4
VTCI communicates with the organization, via email, if the application is approved or declined
Step 5
If approved, VTCI provides funds to the organization two weeks prior to event/program start date. (mailed to W9 address, unless otherwise indicated)
Step 6
Organization submits pictures and/or an after-action report to their local public affairs office/Chamber or via social media by tagging @vtci52 or using #VTCI52
Note: Only organizations with 501(c) status are eligible for sponsorship. Organizations without 501(c) status will not be considered.
Be sure to have your W9 and an event flyer or letter available to upload.
