Dolly Villarreal, serves as the Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc. Director for District 6 – McCook & El Sauz. An accomplished business professional and dedicated community leader. Born and raised in San Isidro, Dolly hails from a large family of 14. She has been married to her husband, David Villarreal, for 33 years and together they have a son, Diego.

 Dolly’s educational background includes obtaining an associate degree in business administration from the prestigious University of the Incarnate Word, and is a Certified Medical Office Practice Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise to her roles This has equipped her with a solid foundation in business principles and practices.  Dolly is a dedicated professional with a multifaceted background. With a rich tapestry of experience in various roles, Dolly is recognized for her contributions to both public service and healthcare consulting.

For almost 10 years, Dolly has been an esteemed board member of Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc. Her commitment and contributions to the cooperative have been recognized and rewarded, as she was elected as the President of the board for the last 5 years. Currently, she serves as the Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee, ensuring the financial stability and success of the cooperative.

 In addition to her role on the board, Dolly actively serves on various committees within the cooperative. She is involved in the Foundation Committee, Scholarship Committee, Annual Meeting/Elections Committee, as well as the Customer/Members Services Committee. Her dedication to these committees showcases her commitment to improving the cooperative’s services and fostering a positive customer experience.

 Dolly’s dedication to her work as a Medical Business Practice Consultant further demonstrates her commitment to making a positive impact in her community. Her passion for both the telecommunications and healthcare industries showcases her versatility and ability to excel in diverse professional roles.

 When Dolly is not busy with her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Dolly finds joy in spending time on the family ranch. Cooking and baking for her loved ones makes her happy. Dolly also embraces the outdoors and enjoys activities such as horseback riding and long walks with her dogs.
