Dolly Villarreal serves as Assistant General Manager of Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. and is currently leading the organization’s day-to-day operations, providing executive oversight across all functional areas.

A South Texas native, Dolly brings over a decade of leadership experience with VTCI, having previously served on the Board of Directors in key roles, including President and Treasurer. During her tenure, she helped guide the cooperative through critical strategic initiatives, strengthening financial stability, governance practices, and long-term planning.

Dolly’s leadership approach is grounded in accountability, transparency, and operational excellence. She is committed to building strong teams, maintaining a culture of high performance, and ensuring the cooperative continues to deliver reliable, high-quality service to its members.

With a professional background spanning business consulting, financial management, and organizational development, Dolly combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.
