Elizabeth Falcón-Morales has been happily married to her husband, Robert Morales of Encino, Texas, for 13 years. Together, they make their home in Rios, Texas, where they take great pride in raising their two daughters, Ella Ann-Marie and Evie Elizabeth.

The daughter of Roel Falcón and Emma Vera-Falcón, Elizabeth grew up in Rios, Texas, where she learned the values of family, hard work, and community service that continue to guide her today.

Elizabeth is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University–Kingsville, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders with a minor in Physiology in 2010. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Science from Coastal Bend College. Her educational background reflects her lifelong dedication to learning and service.

Professionally, Elizabeth serves her community in two important ways. She began her career with the United States Postal Service in Concepcion, Texas, and later earned a promotion to the Premont Post Office. In addition, she provides speech therapy services to students in the Premont Independent School District.

Elizabeth has been a proud member of Valley Telephone Cooperative for 8 years. She was interviewed and appointed by the VTCI Board of Directors March, 2025 to complete the service term of a previous board member, Frank Weaver, where she has proudly represented her community with integrity and dedication.

Her commitment to faith and community is a cornerstone of her life. She is an active member of the Catholic Daughters of America and has long participated in the life of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Encino, Texas, where she also volunteers as needed for CCD. She further serves her community as a member of the Premont ISD Student Health Advisory Committee.

Her values of faith, family, service, and education guide her in every endeavor. Elizabeth is dedicated to strengthening Valley Telephone Cooperative by ensuring that members’ voices are heard and that the cooperative continues to provide the reliable, innovative service our rural communities deserve.
