Joe Robles serves as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at VTCI, where he leads efforts focused on customer experience, community engagement, and company growth. With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning retail operations and telecommunications, Joe is passionate about telling VTCI’s unique story and expanding reliable internet access to underserved communities across South Texas. Originally from Raymondville, Joe returned to the Rio Grande Valley after 25 years in Austin and remains committed to helping local communities thrive through technology and connectivity. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in marketing from Bellevue University.
