When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (VTCI), you will receive a confirmation message verifying your enrollment.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated informational and, where applicable, marketing text messages from VTCI at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from VTCI. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from the messaging program. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Changing Your Mobile Number
If you change or transfer your mobile phone number, you agree to unsubscribe by replying STOP before the number is reassigned or notify us at sandra.rocha@vtci.net so we can update our records.

VTCI respects your privacy. Information collected through our SMS messaging program is used solely to provide requested communications and improve our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors providing support services (such as customer service or message delivery) is permitted only as necessary to operate our messaging program.
